Kundalini Awakening

Im sure there are plenty people here who have experienced this. I had read the other day about vertigo or something similar to vertigo as a symptom and i wondered if anyone had experienced this and could tell me exactly what it felt like. A month or two ago i was sitting around waiting for the time to leave for my work when all f a sudden i felt an intense heat moving up my back then to my head, i started to sweat badly, then this loud noise and vibration started it moved down my arms and to my hands as well as heat and my hands were really sweating and i noticed the same on my feet then i felt really sick, it lasted maybe 10 mins then was totally gone. The noise and vibrations i felt were very much the same as an electric shock i got a few year ago when i touched a live cable with wet hands, the current went up my arms and the loud noise banging in my ears. Anyway after this experience a few month ago i had a few episodes of what i thought could be vertigo, i would just be standing not moving at all when all of a sudden it felt like the whole room had tilted and i was going to fall of it then i start to sweat and feel sick and dizzy. I had this maybe 3 times, i went to the doctor but i am fine. Has anyone else experienced any of these. Any info much appreciated.

I can tell you that the sensation in your back is very uncomfortable, it will keep you awake for nights on end trying to get a comfortable position. This goes on for weeks on end before the awakening.

What happens, and this is purely from my own experience, not gospel....You will be sitting one day minding your own business when 'pure love' will fill your entire being....you will feel like you are just going to float away.

Then it is anybody's guess what happens, it depends on how grounded you are, how enlightened you are, how mentally strong you are, it is a bit like being alice in wonderland for a while.

It will open you up like a fish. You will know the connection to all things, animal, plant, human and spirit. You will also feel the suffering of mankind.

Just tell spirit that you do not want it all to happen spontaneously but gradually.

It is a mind blowing beautiful absolutely the most amazing experience that any human could ever experience.

Thanks gismo, i had a kind of blissfull feeling one night. I was just sitting doing nothing and i felt like something move from my solar plexus area up to my heart/chest and it was a warm like energy radiating out from my chest it lasted about half an hour. I wasnt quite sure what it was i was actually thinking of my bf at the time. I have been having alot of experiences that i cant explain lately as well as i feel i have been on an emotional roller coaster, but i seperated from my bf and thought it was maybe cos of that well emotions anyway.
