Choosing stillness slow
Restores bliss elation
The degree of difficulty
Rises moment to moment
Consciousness stability
Determines bliss quotient
Dream seeming like reality
If response be detachment
Bliss renewal in continuity
Flows in quiet contentment

Eye of the storm is still

as part of internal detoxification
hidden fears and desires manifest
on the surface these contractions
seems to be at our egos behest
however if we look at these urgings
they are bubbles rising to the surface
where they burst noiselessly transmuting
into colourations of love by divine grace
it is at times like these we must hold steady
our resolve to maintain our spiritual focus
attention poised and heart devoutly ready
maintains track on the divine love locus

Mirrorless vision

praying for opportunity
to share loving feeling
immersed in turbid duality
delusion love concealing
illusion of separation
of identity from the source
blocks divine illumination
so we fall to urgings coarse
the dilemma self created
indulging in the ephemeral
stagnation has us sedated
our life thus tragic-comical
to exit the hypnotic trance
all that we need to do
is to flow in gentle innocence
divine pulse within renew

Gently purring magnetism
being unbound exuberance
oft lets out an explosive roar
challenging inner sentience
It is a delightful playful process
of energy we gradually imbibe
taking time for its assimilation
a bliss throb we cannot describe
Just like water seeking its level
there is nothing we need to do
save celebrate each pulse in joy
allowing rapture within to renew

Perhaps any urge arising
other than the love pulsation
has origins in ego craving
orbiting illusions in delusion
Connected to universal mind
heart & head in alignment
free of fears & desires that bind
the throb of bliss is ever present
