Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-71/112
Being attentive & observant
We become sentient
To desires the moment they arise
Nipping them in the bud before they rise
Meaning thereby we catch them in mid air
Such is our dexterity and unmatched flair
The desire flows, neither repressed or sublimated
Yet contained harmlessly as not yet precipitated
That state being thoughtless
In the void of no-thingness
Is where Shiva manifests!

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-72/112
There is no desire and we see no object
We too disappear as the subject
That that remains
Is presence unstained
Wherein we abide
With God inside
Our being

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-73/112
Taking either imbibing knowledge or employing will
Before recognition or transmission we become still
In the gap between commencement & completion
Void of emptiness is wherein throbs our meditation
A few examples ...
Not quite so simple
We look at an object wanting to know what it is
Yet before we recognise it we end the quiz
And thus there remain
In the void unstained
We stretch out our hand to pick up the car keys
Pause movement midway and then remain at ease
Waking to dreaming, eyelids opening & closing
The void of enlightenment is within the transitioning

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-74/112
Awareness self-aware & self-existent
Requires no additional object element
We thus simply gaze with recognition
That the field of objects is an illusion
In as far as linking awareness to it goes
This practice dwells in meditation slow
There is no cause for cognition to arise
Yet it does and therein lies the surprise
Abiding thus in wonderment & stillness
We entwine in fullness with That Oneness
Objectless perception
Is this meditation

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-75/112
Recognition that all is one
From an insect to man to the sun
We hold our meditational flow in singularity
Negating appearance of illusionary duality
We reside
Abide
In this knowing
Free flowing
Until face to face
We receive His grace

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-76/112
At the point of desire origin
After it stirs to commence
It reaches not culmination
Owing to awake innocence
Emotions seeking indulgence
Inevitably do arise
Viewing them in nonchalance
We revel in surprise
Desire a maya dance seductive
Menaka seducing Vishwamitra
If we be not present & meditative
We self block grace of Shiva

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-77/112
Life tragic-comic
In the world of magic
As long as there is association
With lower mind & body combination
Recognising that we seek expansion
In an unending continuation
Where lies the summit
Is there any limit
Contemplating thus we may see
Mirrorlessly
That the Universe is our own effulgence
Limitless is our magnificence
Shiva the magician
Maya the illusion
Lower mind the delusion
Our choice: freedom or stagnation
Self illumined & shining
Or in darkness stumbling
This practice asks us to recognise
In a continuum of awareness realise
That on one hand we have the external ephemeral
And on the other end of polarity the internal eternal
It is no test
Yet we may not rest
Shifting from Nirvikalpa to Savikalpa
No enigma
One being awareness of thought, mind begot
The other awareness of energy behind thought
Abiding then in thought free awareness
We unify our being with the That Oneness

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-78/112
Shocking consciousness out of stupor
To get to divine realms upper!
Immersing ourselves in both pleasure & pain
Rotating sensations with nonchalant disdain
Dwelling not upon any one extreme
Flowing through sensations as in a dream
In stillness sanguine
We determine
The centre between the two!
Therein abide and self renew
This practice takes the aid of sensory organs we treasure
Rotating, recognising & resting at midpoint of pain & pleasure
Where does the sensation arise
Having arisen, how does it rise
Having risen, how does it subside
Having subsided, where does it hide
So is it then, the complex made easy?
Which layer of hue makes us light & breezy?

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-79/112
Recognising the pulse
Present everywhere at once
Of separation & union
Darkness & illumination
In rhythm with the play
In joy we gently sway
Thus knowing that limitation
A fleeting illusion
Thereby why do we feel contained
Or imagine our soul as stained
We expand to ensoul each form
Imbibing the bliss mist swarm
Our inner sentience
Bubbling with innocence
Aglow

Vijnana Bhairava Tantra Practice-80/112
All objects recognised as one
Likewise for form from the worm to the sun
Being a reflection
Of the one creation
Just as there is one light
Prismatically refracting for our delight
In this definitive realisation we abide
In contemplative stillness reside
Until thoughts are still
Clear & distilled
That our awareness is omnipresent
Momentary delusion making us insentient
