Astral projecting with a CPAP
I have mild sleep Apnea and use a CPAP. Last night I think maybe I was on the cusp of going somewhere after a crazy dream about UFOs. But CPAP dry mouth brought me crashing back to reality. I attempted to remain still with my eyes closed for a few seconds after waking. That brought me weird body sensations.

Everywhere you read about ap it says body sensations means you are about to ap or close to ap. There can be weird sensations. If you are able to not think about the sensations or pay any attention to it and remain relaxed, your mind has to be relaxed then you are likely to ap.

Big John yes it does have a humidifier. My issue with it is my slobber makes it uncomfortable
