Dark Night of the Soul
Hello
Please, advise me.
Is it possible, to KILL this feeling? This Love? Was it Love or was it just affection or lust? Feeling like freaking out... I feel like if I killed those feelings because of enourmous amount of suffering... :( And fear. Like if I erased them. Rather fear, than suffering. Yes, it was fear. Or is it simply The Dark Night of the Soul? I feel weird composition of calmness and ultimate lack of sense ;( Detachement? Or resignation. Still coming back to those memories - like if I became a child again! 4- Year old child.

I feel your pain. I think many of us have been through it. Torture, isn't it.
I took a dropper full of Motherwort ---at most any HealthFood stores ...I took one more, the next day,
but really didn't have to; the one dropper was like
gently pouring milk over a flame ---the anguish, heartache was gone..
Truly, amazing stuff....I heard about it here on this Forum years ago.

Hi. I cannot advise anything to kill the feeling, but many people will understand what you are going through, so please know you are not alone .
This process can be so very painful with every emotion involved and sometimes you don't know if you can cope with any more .
But you WILL get through it.

And don't try to kill the feeling because if this is a twin flame experience it is a gift.
Unfortunately it comes attached with human emotions.

It was the most beautiful thing i have ever experienced. Don't want to forget it. For sure there are many things and vices in me that need to be improved and to work on them. I think i got scared simply. And nie feel fear. But its all will be good, if not now then maybe after hundred of lifetimes, it eventually will. I will be looking for goodness and compassion inside of me and this will be my guide. Thank you guys, this forum is a place where i do feel safe.

Oh my dear, there's a saying...
""Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all""
To have experienced knowing your twin in this lifetime is a true gift .
The pain of then having to lose them is a sacrifice we make.
But it's so true, to know the depth of that love , and knowing the bond is un-breakable is worth the little bit of ego pain that we experience as humans .

Here is a phrase for you to consider when dealing with fear:
'Fear is energy that is judged by a conditioned mind'
The universe is tasking you to overcome your fears especially that of the unknown or unknowable namely love more accurately universal unconditional loving energy which can only be understood through an immense amount of adversity and purging of the unique and personal connection between your heart and mind, You are literally being asked to win over your own heart and mind by internal inspection, your not far wrong when you say detachment, just let it all go and accept.
