"Winged Pharaoh" by Joan Grant
"Winged Pharaoh" was the first of what Grant called her "far memory" books - life stories often from unfamiliar periods and places, which she insisted were dictated to her in trances by her personalities from previous lives.

Like her other far memory books, Winged Pharaoh is narrated by a protagonist who looks down on her life from a place of higher wisdom.
This is an article about Joan Grant:

During the fall someone suggested I check out Brene Brown who is a researcher on emotions. Listened to 2 of her audiobooks and stumbled across her podcasts. A lot of times I'm in awe on how they describe their situations and how they're feeling.

Recently there was a woman named Susan David on the podcast who is also an emotions researcher. The subject was Toxic Positivity which I found very interesting because I have done it and want to do better. I'm currently listening to her book "Emotional Agility" and taking the time to learn more about myself, my behaviors and patterns.

I just finished the Rules of Magic by Alice Hoffman, which is a prequel to the Practical Magic book. I am going to start Magic Lessons most likely tonight.
I absolutely love the stories. Practical Magic is one of my favorite movies, so reading the books, which are totally different from the movie, is something else. I love knowing the back stories of the characters. in the rules of magic, it's the story of the Aunts when they were young and how they came to live in house. If you haven't already done so, I recommend reading them.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru
