The Road Less Traveled, M Scott Peck MD
Best book I ever have owned. It says it all in the first paragraph:
Life Is Difficult
Once we truly know that life is difficult -- once we truly understand and accept it--then life is no longer difficult. Because once it is accepted. the fact that life is difficult no longer matters.
Most do not fully see this truth that life is difficult. It's a series of ups and downs and problems that we must solve.
I highly recommend this book and it's an older book, but life and all it's issues continue. We can solve one issue and may be hit with a new one a few days later. Be disciplined.
