Anyone else having this?

When I was a kid I had dreams of riding a horse across plains that were very different from the desert I grew up in. My gradeschool teacher taught us about the U.S. Calvary killing the buffalo in order to break up and starve the midwestern native tribes. She seemed angry about it and it made me angry. When I was an adult I had a past life regression that ended up the life of a young native man, maybe an older teenager, who was angry about the slaughter of the buffalo. It was devastating. My grandmother was an elder and the young men wanted to retaliate, but the elder women forbade it because the survival of the tirbe depended on everyone working towards packing and moving to find food to survive the winter.

It always was something that stayed with me as a kid and yount adult. That regression helped me understand and release that anger.

I think every one got their past life so it's at the same time not so important. Except when it comes to some case, flashbacks became a huge distraction to the point that even doing daily task became hard.

Many times skills and abilities came from as if nothing else at all, yet in our heart and head that isn't the truth, and is well aware that it must have come somewhere.

And that applies to me as well. I cannot go onto too much details, but having something like this feels like as if I am someone else instead of say, the user name I am using now.
