The Shadows of Light

Before I start, this happened to me when I was maybe like 5-6 years old. At that time I was living in my country Dominican Republic with my Grand Mother from my Father side, may The Universe bless her Soul. One night while I was asleep, or assumed that I was asleep. I saw these Shadows with Lights coming out of their eye sockets. They looked like they were some type of Elves but I'm not to sure. They surrounded the bed where my Grand Mother and I were. They wanted me to come to them, but I stood in bed with so much fear that the next day I had the fever. It was way out of the ordinary for me, and the thing is that I didn't see horror movies during those times. So I really didn't know what was going on. However, as I grew older that image still popped up into my head from time to time. I remember that like if it was yesterday. Have you been able to understand why or what the calling was or why it felt as if they wanted you to come to them?
