Exclamation Writing your fears

I have had a session with someone who is expert in self development, she told me if yoh want your aims to manifest you should be ready and be an enviroment that is ready to recieve what you have asked for. So she asked me to write my fears every time in order to pay attention and know why.

I was wondering! If I write my fears will it manifest? Or it will stop coming up? And when I write my fears should I delete what I've wrote or keep it? have anyone tried this before?

Generally speaking, one deletes or destroys it in a gesture that symbolises letting it go, but writing therapy isn't typically directly co-joined with meditation in this way. I hope your expert is qualified, and has the right skills for what you have described.

Within the professional therapies there's one called 'expressive writing therapy'. You could do a google search on that and read about it to find out about it more in depth. It's an interesting subject.

My view is make deleting it a sort of ritual that means something, like, 'I no longer need this in my life, it's not important to me anymore, and I can easily let it go' - delete.

Google it, see what you can find out.

My way, my understanding...me personally?

Writing your fears would be like me writing out my diseases.
(Hypothetically, I have none.)

Or listening to pastors talk about fear, loneliness, depression, and poverty...
"Ah fellas ?...You're focusing on the shadows....Ahh...
focus on the cure! The Light!"

Not my personal way...whether writing out fears (I have none) and burning the paper...that's not for me.

NOW, writing out what I want or expect or am asking for...
Whole different story!

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

It's generally thought of as a way 'to get things of your chest', so to speak.

I think writing down your fears can be a good exercise to get you to become aware of them so you will be able to confront and resolve them in your own way...

Fears such as loneliness, fear of death, doubting your self worth, rejection, etc...all these lower energy emotions...when you bring them to the surface you can begin to work on these issues and ask yourself "why do I fear/feel these things?" It can be a slow process but once you realize the root core of these feelings and work on resolving them, these fears will slowly begin to melt away...

The practice of writing your fears on paper and "burning" them is very symbolic to "letting go" and "releasing" your fears from your being...of course you need to do the inner work to completely dissolve your fears, but the simple act of writing them down and burning helps put you in a place of "power" over your fears....you begin to shift your consciousness so that your fears no longer wield power over you...
