Conceptual thinking involves the learned and remembered and imagined. So what? It's useful. It's limited vs. unlimited. You don't need conceptual thought in dreamless sleep, you didn't need it a hundred years ago.

I don't believe it. You may have found intuition equally useful. You're statement required conceptual thought, not intuition.

Innocent children probably rely on imaginative thought a lot, and many of them are happy. That may have more to do with innocence.
