I have been stepping quite a lot lately as the weather has been quite good, and I have had some annual leave to use up. Last week, I averaged 16550 steps a day.

I have taken advantage of a rare Saturday off work today, and have been to London and done the A5 walking tour. Factor in strolling around Soho in the evening and walking home from the station, and I have chalked up 50749 steps.

Only 9181 steps today. Yesterday was better as I explored around Bushey in the sunshine: 21099 steps.

I have been out in London today exploring the parks and the beautiful spring colours. 25700 steps.
