The beast in all its colours shows
In us all, through life’s hardened blows
We may believe without a care
That inner rage, angry stares
Belongs only too
Those other ones
We judge as wrong
We judge as the sum

The beast of man
As broken angry bitter plans
Yet held within
As the all seeing eye
The killing fields
Those raging fires

Is you, yourself as greater care
The ultimate hidden raging bear!

If you’ve denied yourself this pain
Your truthful deepest darkest rain
As the one judging them
Those out there
You hold as your den

You deny yourself to heal your dream
This deeper darkened broken stream

Compassion for those parts in you
Can only mend this broken view

As you look out there at ‘them’
Those deathly, beastly dreams you blend
Within the balm of your cocoon
You’ll find this broken, hidden wound

Suffering at the core of you
Is all suffering forged as one whole view


As you the one who sees and feels
This hurting, harming beastly deal

From there you’ll look with eyes of gold
No longer held by sufferings hold

Harm and hurt, judged and torn

Instead you’ll break through this dawn
Watch the flames of nature’s morn
Rise up to meet expansive skies
The flames of nature’s
Creative fire

Will burn this broken, long held mess
To bring alive a heartfelt rest..

Some currents swirl
In dark depths
Whilst those less dense
Rise to the surface
In time evaporate
Merging with the clouds
Falling as rain
Becoming snow, the river
Till they return
To the ocean
To tell their tale
Sounding unbelievable
To dwellers of darkness

Nature in all her colours array
Merge and swirl every day
Where she is
As nature flows
Is only as her dreamer shows
How far she’s travelled with all that is
The oceans depths, the clouds the rivers
Lend her to see in moments passed
The truth within this hidden clasp
All in all, her wonder creates
Without the hold of belief at stake
To just believe with curious eyes
One can be taken by surprise
To see what’s held
No longer there
Creation born
Without a care..


Darkness dwellers in oceans balm
Can rise and dive as oceans calm
Down to depths to source the flow
The breath with ease down she goes
The breath once more can rise, release
Without the oceans broken reef
Cutting through wounds that weep
Instead she dives, takes in the view
Her body softened, gently infused
By her aliveness, not deaths hand shake
That enters depths but never contemplates
As she rises takes in other views
The possibilities in all
Can be attained by me and you!

Responses to what appears.

We may self-assess that we are nonchalant to outcomes but then life tests us, increasing the ‘degree of difficulty’. How tranquil we remain as a reflex response signals transformation of lower mind or we may say from the energy perspective, the lower three chakras below heart.

Likewise for the higher energy zones, there is vanity, pride in intellectual and other enableabilities bestowed …

What’s the first response on waking up from sleep …

Then there is the ‘taking it for granted’ stupor related to almost anything and everything in our daily life, health, senses, eating habits, relationships, even gender (will we be calm if our gender polarity is suddenly rotated?). Of course these aspects are in imagination but as a matter of fact, it actually happens as a part of the kundalini process, when male and female energies are balanced in body … it is felt physically, graphically and I can tell you it was disconcerting to say the least! Fortunately it levels off after a while and in my case happened only once. Another person I know has felt full Ardhnarishwara many times, left side female, right male.

I better pen a poem on this post or else some admin will come around and remind us this is the poetry section!

who do you search for in the wilderness oh worthy hermit
there is no one here so where lies fault or merit
all that is manifest, is a splash in the ocean

I had coffee with a friend dealing with the big waves..I was reminded of its unsettling nature in myself back when..


This degree of great difficulty
Opens the door, to see how to end
Those big waves we adore
We attach too, make be
Into something our minds
Dance too and fro too
To set itself free
Unsettled by these hits,
seeking to unbind
Contained and troubled
by the other we find
Yet seeing the other, feeling as we do
We see the unified forces of oneness as you!
