Is it Possible to Continue Dreaming?

I wake up alot when seemingly half way through a dream, which is really frustrating. Is there any way I can get back into the dream when I get back to sleep?

If you recall well enough your interrupted dream, you can imagine that you're back in it, and at some point you'll realize that you're back in it.

Hi... Yes , this happens to me a lot.. often I will wake up but continue the rest of the dream as I sleep again, and it can happen 3 or 4 times with the same dream. Don't know whether it's because I was thinking about it, so naturally my mind continues the image, or whether I didn't actually wake up at all, and "waking up" was just part of the dream ! Lol...

Yes.. but I think it's key to get back to sleep quickly, from my experience.

I have on quite a few occasions realised, in a dream, that it is a continuation of a dream I had many years ago.

Thanks for the replies. I will think about the dreams as I try to get back to sleep & see how it goes.

I don't know a specific working way to resume sleep, but I myself have had this more than once that I woke up, and then, when I fell asleep again, the dream continued. But it seems to me that this is possible only in a situation where the subconscious is concentrated in this picture.

Hi.

You can continue the dream (or restart the dream) if you Recall the last dream, while trying to fall asleep again.
(Try to recall the images which were in the desired dreams, as vivid as you can).

Read here about the fast sleeping method:
