There ain't much Metta Bhavana !

( Can Be very broadly or loosely sang to the Air of San Quentin by Johnny Cash) or maybe not !!! lololol :)

Oh there ain't much Metta Bhavana
On this side of town
Just thousands and thousands
Of explanations and words going down
No there ain't much metta bhavana
on this side of town

I went to the Buddhist quarter
Solace comradery and friendship
for to find
but the light of a thousand
intellects made me blind
No there ain't much Metta Bhavana
going down

Cold hearted and nuanced people
Freely admitted their faults
But when i told them the answers
They told me to feck off
No there ain't alot of Metta Bhavana
in that side of town

So now I should be wiser
At least I will try
To never underestimate the
Suffering that has made
That quarter blind
Dress yourself up as a guru
or Maitreya the Buddha himself
But when those very bookish
People get hold of you
They will place you on a shelf
Please beware my friends, beware
