You got the ap vibrations. Then you were floating off the bed and you were aware of that so that was an astral projection. You went into a lucid dream. It is a good idea to get ourselves alert as much as we can when we are in the astral. If we do that the experience is a lot better.

It is very easy to get back into your body. All you have to do is think of your physical life and zap you are back into your body.

That's very true.
You lose some focus, your vision starts to get blurryy, and ZAP! you get it back away.
It's more harder to stay "there" consciously for 1 hour, than to snap back, I wish I could stay there for hours and hours easily

I think my days of ap are probably past, but I do enjoy lucid dreaming once in a while. For me, the only real difference between lucid dreaming and not is that I am aware I am dreaming, and I can in some sense control my actions. I would not say it is more "lucid" than other dreams.
