Same appends when someone with inner fears get touched by the Goddess Kali the first times. Yet when fear is gone She is one of the most loving of the Goddess.

I tended to think that the cause of my sleep paralysis in the 1970's was from smoking marijuana at the time. Google "marijuana sleep paralysis" and you can find a lot of links about this.

Hello Aldous, now that was amazing, I've had crazy adventures myself Out of the Body, but then came a point in my life where I needed to focus on this life first, and then the Afterlife when I get there. You see, a lot of people use Astral Travel to escape this life, and what we need to do is to Astral Project once in a blue moon, but keep enjoying this life, and especially the little things. One experience I think about now and then is one I had a couple years ago where I had an OOBE early in the morning, started walking/moving toward my bedroom door in astral body form and then going back to my physical body which was still in bed and then looking at my physical body. I saw more details of it then compared to any other time before that. I thought it was strange to do that. Sometimes I'd think about that experience when someone asked me what I will do if something affects my work, including being unemployed, Right now, I'm not working, I'm living off of dividends and social security.

The man in the sky experience I discussed tends to make me feel that they're watching over me in the spirit world. Also, I wonder if the "man" was the angel of death that some people talk about who appears to help people after death move on into the spirit world. Maybe, my OOBE triggered the process and they mistook my OOBE for my death. The tunnel or still tornado I saw before I saw the man the first time, might have been there to take me up into the spirit world. This might have been the same tunnel that people who report near death experiences see.
