Meditaion within Eternity

Hi all,

I have been reading this book by Eric Pepin of the above named title. I am fairly new when it comes to meditation and energy as mentioned through out the book. It all makes perfect sense to a point.

Has anyone else read the book and if so what are your thoughts on it.

I haven't, but the title intrigues me. What were the salient points? What in particular struck a chord with you?

Hi A Human Being,

If I'm honest, the first 2/3 of the book struck a chord. Unfortunately I sat on my kindle (having it in my back pocket was not good for it) and have not got round to replacing yet.....

The author explains about good and bad energies within our everyday lives, in the places we visit, the objects we hold even the rooms in our homes. Obviously goes into the benefits of meditation and the what they found to be the best techniques for them and ideas to develop your own higher states of consciousness. Again I have only read 2/3rds of the book but found it an interesting read
