Hard to Meditate, Here's How To Get Those Thoughts Out!!!
Has it ever been hard to meditate for you guys. If so, I feel the same way. The trick is to breathe in and hold it for approximately (yes, approximately) 10 seconds. Do this for about how many times that you need to do it. Oh, yeah and release your breathe after the 10 seconds. This is for people who are thinking about other things or they can't stop moving, even for 5 minutes. After doing this, you should be more relaxed!

I totally agree with this practice! Even if your mind wont shut off, you will still feel more relaxed by doing this. Maybe through the relaxation, you are able to understand your thoughts more and let go. But I am a calmer person because of this practice.
