I’ve always thought that I wasn’t very good at meditating and tend to stick to guided ones on you tube to help me. There’s one in particular that I love and often use it when I feel the need. I think it’s a lot like others where you go into a doorway in a tree to another world, that sort of thing.
Anyway, there was this one time that I used it, and when I came back up out of the tree my guide was waiting for me and surprised me with such a loving hug, that it immediately snapped me out of it and reduced me to tears. It’s been so long since I felt so much love like that and it deeply touched me. When I later asked about it, he said that I really needed it.
So I was wondering if anyone else has ever had something like that happen to them. Please share your stories
