Ancient global culture
This idea has become more obvious to me over the years and recently I mentioned it to someone who dismissed it but accepted there were hubs like Stonehenge where people from a wide radius met up,well it is not a big step to realise there are more ancient hubs across the globe and the edges of these outer wheels will overlap and you don't need a great deal of them considering the distance some travelled-therefore an ancient global network.

Long ago BBC TV used to use an image between programs of the sphere of the Earth laid out flat with a spot of light in the middle.
As far as I could tell the spot was at the Great Pyramid of Giza. I have read that an E-W line through that place divides the surface land of the planet into two equal portions, while a N-S line at that point does the same.
How was that known when the pyramid was built? Such knowledge requires satellites.

It's mostly a belief system of some Christians and Hindus, as part of global religious competition. Easier to recruit people when you tell them that once upon a time the Israeli tribes travelled the globe and became Native Americans, Aboriginal Australians, Europeans, Africans, Asians, etc. Cremo's Hare Krishna fantasies. Adam's footprint next to a T-Rex. Stuff like that.
Of course I'm one of those who dismiss all of that.
What is universal is that there were people across the globe, people with the same basic capacities, to come up with rituals, build towards the sky, believe in a sky god, a fertility goddess, local flood stories, etc. No surprises there.

Did you not consider my post Altair, hubs with long reaching spokes that even encroached on polar regions and no doubt overlapped globally, seems done and dusted to me.The myth perpertrated is that we are an advancing world culture, that's the religious part as it gives us fake hope,it would feel bad if we thought we were regressing in some ways, but we are and we carry on blundering along.

Graham Hancock has interesting work on it. But it's a very complex topic.
