Interestingly, with reincarnation, if you have a child at age 16, and when the child is 19 years old and you have another child (now at age 35), then your relationship to the second child, in terms of reincarnation energy (and individual personality), is that of grandparent to grandchild. It's important to be independent physically as one gets older, and it doesn't have to be through unnatural methods, like genetic engineering.

There are indeed many stories of 70 year olds looking like 30 year olds, or giving birth, or having a very active life. It's all very possible. Though in terms of reincarnation energy, a 70 year old would be 15*5, or great-great-great-grandparent to child, if someone that old were to give birth or have a child.
