The animation of a horse walking looks both good and freaky without the body. Can it do the other gaits?
The hooves make the beat as they touch the ground. It's more noticeable when riding but you might hear the thudding when you watch. Some horses are light on their feet and hardly make a sound. Candy was like that.
Ok, I'll leave it at that while you draw.

Beats
Chrysalis Yes she includes them all on her animation page: https://monikazagrobelna.com/2019/09...nimate-horses/
Thanks for explaining about the beats. It’s the clip clop sound. Makes me think of a Monty Python sketch of King Arthur and attendant riding invisible horses with coconuts
Watch it here https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3XPnIUtcANg so funny.
I will work on this challenge and show the results here!
so far (neck too long, chest too big, legs have a long way to go)...

I did a photo edit and this is more like the right proprotions I think:

Horses
Horses have been domesticated for over 5000 years. Horses are herbivores (plant eaters). Horses have bigger eyes than any other mammal that lives on land. Because horse's eyes are on the side of their head they are capable of seeing nearly 360 degrees at one time.

I stumbled upon a youtube of secretariat winning the triple crown omg!
They say he is the only horse that actually accelerated at each furlong
the whole race. That last race in the triple crown.... goosebumps!
People cry watching that race.

The breed we had when I was growing were Clydesdales.
My favorite horse was a Buckskin.
