Many people get fragmented memories of their past lives while sleeping, daydreaming, etc., but few realize that they have had a past life memory. In most cases, past life memories come too easily and freely so they are dismissed outright as a fantasy or an odd dream fragment and are ignored. The veil between the spiritual realm and our own is thinner than the thickness of a piece of paper.
You are lucky to realize that your bits and pieces of memories are from past lives.

Once I was pruning bushes in my backyard looking down at the plants. I heard a dog approach me barking viciously. Terrified, I looked up in the direction of the barking and there was no dog or the barking.
