That was quite an informative and concisive posting Xan.
Thank you. Meditation is indeed helpful in aligning our
consciousness with our spirit guides', and also helpful
in downloading energies from above, all of which
sensitizes our nervous system and faculties in preparing
us to hear, see, feel, and know what is being said by them.
Intuitive messages, as in clairaudience, comes in the quieter
frequency than the normal frequency of our thoughts. Our
thoughts are just a lil' bit louder than the 'inner voice' that's
communicating. Spirit guides are with us throughout our
incarnation to aid us in achieving our highest goals.

Just a reconfirmation... I consider my relationship and mutual communication with my guides and angels an essential part of my ongoing spiritual growth, along with silent meditation and letting go all the time. After many years with them I am so grateful for their supporting presence with me, every day.

I dunno, Laura, neither of us are selling anything, least of all ourselves.
Maybe if you posted your meditations as threads rather than links they'd allow it. I hope you do because what you are offer is very valuable.

Maybe it's because you sell a service on your website?
It was the podcast thing you couldn't promote, right? Perhaps that's the reason. Your podcasts are on your website, and your website sells your services.
I got busted for the same thing. I posted a link to a very informative article, but it was removed because the author of the article just so happened to be a medium who offered readings.

Hi...
That opening post is, with no doubt whatever, the most practical, helpful, down-to-Earth (Sorry!) piece of information that I have ever read on this subject. That's the stuff explanations were always supposed to be and it doesn't patronise us in the slightest, unlike some other sources on the Internet.
Also, I despair when I see how many books I've read over the years that are absolutely hopeless in such subjects, as if the authors are completely out of touch with their readers.
I heartily thank you for this!
