I meditate for about an hour or two in a day and usually after that I feel so energetic, lots of energy and then I need to share it with people.
I have lots of mental energy.

Reminds me a little of when I still used to enjoy smoking pot and would get inundated with ideas and find some innocent bystander and then plow into them. Often it was my dad and he'd be 'have you been smoking weed again?' because simply put I was just plain all over the place leap frogging from idea to idea almost stuck in my own feedback loop.
It was a laziness I'd guess 'cause I'd be fine if I had something to do, some hand eye co-ordination thing goin' on especially if it included challenges but it really has taken me a long time to balance off the available energies and alot of that came down to me kinda realising I could be picky.
This, though, takes for granted the idea that the ideas were never really mine in the first place which wasn't hard for me 'cause libraries have always been one of my favourite things.
Knowledge then is there for the taking but it always on loan and books are heavy so pick wisely and it'll be worth the effort of carrying it home.
!8 years now since I stopped.

Found out that everything is energy and I have a lots of energy ... I need to just channel it well... talking is the way it usually goes out...lol... but I can also build myself up with it...the energy I mean not with talking..lol but works the same way....hehhe or not really.

Talking helps me release energy though if I have a good rapport going on with a person who I'm talking to, I can feel even more energized. That said, this only tends to happen when I'm talking about something I'm passionate about otherwise it drains me.
So you write too I see...what kind of stuff do you write?
