Not my place to comment on this...this is 'just' for poetry, I think....not discussion...
Oh, so I will instead write a poem here as you, Nowayout, have done on my threads.
Only thing is, ha, you will think I am plagiarizing David!!! 
Oh, Lord, You are astounding!
There is no where I go where you are not!
You are not only listening to every thought inside me...
You place thoughts in me to turn left and not right!
You guide me at every turn!
When I make a mistake it is You Who has done it in me!
Only for me to see it was not a mistake at all!
You are more amazing than my imagination can say.
You have orchestrated every moment, every thought, every person in my life
And every event throughout time!
Oh, how could I not adore You!

Your poem welcomed. 
I chart my course and set sail towards my destiny.
Dolfin's swimming alongside, they following the tides, the stars, and dolphins desires,.
I laugh at how free they swim.
The setting sun conditions my course.
I tack into the winds of my earthly granted time and desires
To reach the unseen shore.
Create in me a clean heart, O God;
and renew a right spirit within me.

I have heard whispers in the rain
I Have smelled fragrances
I have seen people come and go...
Never to be seen again.
The sparks and the embers
My campfire burns low.
The Sun will rise
For now, we sleep...
Again.
And again...
May God grant you all
A restful night
And a peaceful death.

When fruits fell low
and salmons drove
the last hurdle Stone
over
And it all seemed said and done,
three rockets in a crate of love
went nuclear and saved my
life.
And hear the song they're singing
from there
The salty splash of water run high
and the juice of a bite that was right
as the apple rolls bright
and we blush at the sight
hearing all of our songs drawing near.

Water of life
Falling like rain
To quench our thirst
To take away our pains
Bankers taking stock
Puting a price on the rain
Give them more!
More will take us under
Until there is no more
To Take....
The shift needs to happen
In our hearts
So who do you owe your hearts too?
The grimness continues...
I need a clean space...
It's in me....

Cleanses the debris
Just look and trust
For there it is
We are of this
Loved with in this
Mistakes are not created
A prayer with an open heart
Sincere and humble
