Pulse in the third eye

The blue/violet donuting/pulsing in the third eye, is indicative of activation of your third eye and inner seeing.

Miss Hepburn, I trained for a long time and have covered a number of areas of esotericism, chinese, Japanese, Tibetan, philipino, Indian, and both post modern and modern western esotericism and have touched on a number of other cultures but not as in depth such as hawaii and Huna.

I have had the blue lights too it seems related to how much your third eye is active. I see it more at night when the room is dark
