Help needed chakras blocked?

thaks guys, very helpful and I appreciate the links mattie, I will read up when i get the chance.

I dont believe im cursed now was maybe feeling it more as the energy levels have been high the last few days etc.

I do try different techniques, I do banishing rituals to keep bad energies away etc, as well as asking for the help of god, angels and guides to help, cleanse, heal and guide me.

That’s likely called a trauma memory. It’s your mind that is causing your body to sense something that is no longer there. I think somehow your memory is being tripped or triggered and you brain thinks its back where it was. That would cause you to remember and feel what you described and its very common with an assault victim.

Yeh, but this time its different, It doesnt hurt all day like before, i think starting excercises, sit ups etc made it worse well as saying ohhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm out loud many times.

I dont have the issue all day just when i meditate and at night. in dark etc.

The nose hurts, see what happens when I see doc.

Had soem one say theyl try and unblock my chakras, this was the 2nd person Ive spoken to about it and it didnt work out.

Isit because both wernt in person? If you see a reiki master do they have to do it in person?

I read threw more and more web pages still havnt got a clue wich my chakras ok if any, as I believe most are totally closed of and or blocked.

Thank alot white, ill definitly bring that up with the doc. I havnt got that many of them symptoms but I do have tinitus and pain in face, hope this doc finds something wrong with me lol. see on monday now.
