A light appeared

This just happened few moments ago. So I was in deep meditation, close to fall asleep, when I started to say slowly: "Father, Holy Spirit, Christ"; and I kept repeating these words again and again, when suddenly, I saw a light emanting from my forehead. It was just a glimpse and it was growing more powerful but my heart started to beat faster because of the amazment of what just happened and I had to wake up... This was so vivid! In all this time I had my eyes closed and all I could see what that blackness that we all see when our eyes closed, and I know this is not my imagination because I simply could see it clearly and vividly.

I just want to share this with you, AMAZING!!

Excellent. Next time this happens try to stay calm and focus on the light. It may begin as a diffuse glow which then becomes like an internal Sun which then becomes brilliant white light. At the centre of this light you may see a dark centre which then also radiates light.

And what is this light? I suggest that it is the light of our own Soul. We seldom appreciate how glorious we really are as beings.

Yes, it was as a diffuse glow, I could see it clearly but I could not see its "essence" so to say.

Have you experienced this too? I believe so, this is the divine light, it's not the first time that I see an emanating light from my head but never like this.

Yes, I practice a system of meditation which allows me to see the diffuse glow / the internal sun / the brilliant white light every time I meditate. I need to be fairly focused to see the brilliant white light. The inner dark centre is usually present.

This meditation has various names, such as Shabd Yoga or Nada Yoga. I am very blessed.
