Shadow People: What are they?

Here is an article someone might like to read about shadow people, anyone seen the red light, I sure have not? Seem to be different kinds.

The one my friend was talking about was at a the time when there was generally a rather dark feeling in our home.

she said it would hoover around me, especially me, and she could not stand being in the home because she felt it being hostile against her and that it was negative. I on the other hand did not notice it. It would most times move very fast and I would see - maybe - in the corner of my eyes but not believe it as the eyes can play trick with you from that perspective.

I remember though that I was like sick for most part and I am luckily rarely sick other times.

I do remember feeling as if something, a figure was standing by the side of my bed when I was asleep but by then everything was dark and I can't say I saw it and I thought it was just imagination.
