Best to have?
What gemstones are best to have with Journeying and for goodluck?
Also are there any gemstones for dispelling of negative energy?
I have Tigers Eye, but I think I need a more powerful one than that.
Also do you have a favorite gemstone that you like to keep around that you could recommend to me?

Not sure for journeying - but for protection, cleansing and clearing of negative energies; a clear quartz. Be sure to google cleansing and charging techniques. Personally I love my peridot bracelet and the rose quartz I keep close to my heart.

Personally I favor aquamarine and tourmalinated quartz. They suit me well. For dispelling negative energy I suggest Apache tears.

(astral) journeying or shamanic: Moqui marbles, merlinite, herkimer diamond, chiastholite, Botswana agate, apophylite, fuchsite, phantom crystal, indicolite quartz and the list goes on and on.
Same as against negative energy. Endless list. Tiger eye, labradorite, citrine, amazonite, apache tear and any other obsidian, aegirine, Naica selenite and so on and so forth. Just depends what type of negativity and what feels right for you as a person.

For journeying I prefer amethyst, selenite, and labradorite
For negative energy a clear quartz works. Also obsidian, selenite.
For good luck aventurine and citrine are good.

Black Obsidian is really excellent for dispelling negative energies.

Greetings Bunny Kay:
Tiger's Eye is a very powerful Stone for dispelling negative energy (in general) and the negativity of others. It is unique to the Black Stones (like Onyx and Obsidian--which are more powerful in terms of banishing these energies)--because of its Brown coloring (Grounding) and intermittent streaks of Gold (Success in your endeavors).
These two added properties help us to gain control of unstable situations.
