Question Giant Waves

What do you make of dreams that have giant waves that come crashing to wherever i am?

I have had dreams like this numerous times.

Last night the dream had me sitting in a van at the site of a house we are rebuilding. I was talking to some guys in the van and suddenly noticed a huge wave about to crash into the van, then I get out of the van and there are a couple more large waves like that, then a giant wave like 30 feet high that was coming to crash over everything.
Somehow i didnt drown, but I was walking around the the site after commenting about how it soaked everything.

Seems like something that would likely have some powerful meaning I think

Water is symbolic for emotions and large waves can symbolize feeling emotionally overwhelmed so I'd say you may be having some stress related to rehabbing houses. Are you aware how the process affects you emotionally? This is an opportunity for you to get in touch with and learn to manage fear and worry or whatever emotions threaten to overwhelm you as you take on a new rehab. The dream shows that you are able to deal with the stress but it all feels a bit threatening and confronting what about rebuilding a house is threatening to you may resolve the dreams.
