In every moment we have
two options:
to Flow or Block ourselves-
Be adaptable to change
or be a prisoner of the past-
be creative or be destructive-
be positive or be negative-
smile or frown-
be loving or be hating-
be allowing or resisting-
be grateful or not value
who we are and what
we have- find reasons
to be happy or find reasons
to be sad - look for beauty
or look for ugliness -
encourage or discourage-
face reality or complain about it -
be afraid or feel safe-
feel lonely or feel connected
with the rest of Life-
feel bored or be excited about
Life- feel seperated or feel united.

This thread is so helpful especially if you are feeling lost and confused and unimportant. I can perfectly understand that all of us experience all these and that is why it is very important that we constantly remind ourselves that life is short and worry is not an option. Life is beautiful as it is- with all ups and downs. We just need to keep fighting and improving for the better.

*FAKE A SMILE*
If you try as an actor to be angry ,you will experience true anger and tension in your whole body.
If you try as an actor to be happy ,smiling and joyful,grateful, carefree ,strong ..again you will experience happiness and wellbeing in your body.
That's why its such a good practise to 'fake a smile' ,
to 'fake being happy' while you are experiencing a negative emotion.
(Except when you want to go deep into that negative emotion and observe it)
By taking the role of an actor, you will discover that you can create whatever mood you want to ,anytime.
That way you will discover your full responsibility of how you are feeling.
You will discover ,it is only you who keeps giving fuel to the sadness,to the fears, it is only you who feeds the negativity or positivity.
This may take a while to realize and practice and a lifetime to maintain but it is so worthy !!!

I know my thoughts are benefical when they :
-Are Productive and creative
-Are Motivating and Inspiring
-Causing me to smile and make me bath in joy
-Thrill me and excite me about living
-Sharp my mind and help me develop skills
-Make me feel safe ,relaxed and at peace
-Make me feel strong ,brave, powerful & full of courage
-Make me be kind and soft
-Make me feel comfident
-Make me caring and loving
-Make me be full of gratitude and trust

How to survive in a 'negative' situation when escaping is not possible.
1. You need to stop labeling the situation as 'toxic' as 'negative' ,as 'draining' ,as 'threatening'.
The whole creative thinking structure is established on this.
2. Be Thankful !
Make the best of each situation. Try to be open to receive and wish to see the lessons & gifts in this very moment.
3.Take full responsibility of your reactions to the 'negative' people.
It is only *your* reaction that makes you suffer and not what other people do or say.
4.Try labeling 'negative' people as 'Gods' and 'Goddess'
(you can think of your own positive labels)
then you automatically will treat them as Divine Messangers,
as beneficial people, you wont see them as negative anymore,
you won't underestimate them as people who only drain your energy and steal your joy.
Nobody can take your joy away but your own thinking.
5.Fightings .People who are fighting are in fear.You're also in fear if you get disturbed.
It's normal and okay.Accept and observe the Fear.
6.Fear is an emotion which indicates lack of gratitude lack of trust, lack of safety,lack of joy,
lack of love,lack of understanding,lack of embracing ,lack of acceptance,lack of respecting.
7.Don't try to push fear away or fight with it because fear is like a shadow.
The work is to create in your mind a new reality of what 'negative' people and 'negative situations' are about !
A new beneficial perspective.
8.You can practice gazing with loving and full of strenght eyes
(believe in your POWER)like an angel who has nothing to be afraid of
and simply observes with care the whole situation.
There are beings who can do this, why not you ?
9.These things may take lots of dedicated practise to apply because the old mindset is now running on autopilot and you may feel you can't control the situation and catch yourself react again with saddness, anger and fear.
It's okay ,take your time to make beneficial thinking a habit.
Don't feel guilty if you 'fail' ,it is not helpful.
With practise and awareness you will be able to stand in the middle of chaos and be at peace.

Number 5 is especially interesting to consider. Many of us are fighting against evil without that deeper appreciation for this attribute.
