Funny feeling in heart chakra

I have this funny feeling in my heart chakra or solar plexus, I can't exactly tell but somewhere in the middle. This chakra thing is new to me. It feels like butterflies or like I would be excited about something (I don't know what it could be). These feelings has going on for a couple days now. It doesn't hurt or anything like that, it feels good but I never had this much of it. Anyone with these symptoms and what did you do to it?

These sensations will happen.
When you feel this, try to relax the chakras in which they are near. I find energy wiggles when I'm blocked, and need a good relax.
Focus on the chakra, and tell it to relax and allow the energy to flow. this should help.
You want an even, comfortable feeling by the end. Something deep and resonating. It will change, and won't always feel the same.
Every one is different and they feel different things. Some similar some not so. You have to pay attention and really figure out what it means for you.
I've been working on my root chakra, and controlling all the emotions and bad habits and behaviors that go with that, and i notice when i start getting impatient in the day or indulging in negative things for satisfaction, then a get the niggling butterflies in my root sacral area asking me to relax and re balance. Follow your energy, it is your guidance system. Take care of it.

Thank you for your advice. I'm going to try to relax. Today these feelings changed so I have a feeling of weight and its definetly in the heart chakra area. I tried to concentrated on the area and suddenly tears came into my eyes and I would have been crying if I wasn't on the railwaystation at the moment. I guess something has to come out.

Just fill yourself with love
Especially your heart
If i could give some advice
I would place my hand over my heart chakra(centerchest) and focus on feelings of appreciation and unconditional love, for myself and for every one and the whole world. Rest in the knowing that i am loved and whole and can be filled with love. Its all around you, breathe it in.
