They only appear miraculous because of the incredible speed at which they manifest; they still operate within the laws of the universe.

A miracle is a phenomenon not fully by known laws of nature, or an act by some supernatural entity or unknown, outside force. Some scientist-theologians suggest that miracles are not violations of the laws of nature.

I'm inclined to agree with MrShabby when he/she said: "To start off I see a danger with saying that through prayer we experience Miracles."
There are countless records of 'miracles' occurring for those who have no religious affiliations, beliefs in a 'god' or any form of spirituality.
However, 'what' they are exactly, in my understanding, remain a bit of a mystery to pin down, other than to say that they're extraordinary and inexplicable events that occur right when a person seem to need them most...and, to my thinking, would seem to have more to do with the subconscious mind, or perhaps the Higher Self, than anything else I can think of.
Having had my own experiences with things that cannot be explained by science, that is the conclusion I've drawn.

For me, are we not all living the dream of miracles. Where sooner or later all things become true. Why so surprised at what can be or do we see ourselves as less.
