HARDCORE Weekend Strategy
Hello I LOVE WEEKENDS!
After a GREAT week of playing the game business, studying hard, making sales, making campaigns, trades, research, gym, money, coffee, networking, team building, meetings and all of that...
I wake up at 5am to live life to the maximum
Knowing that I AM NOT MY PHYSICAL BODY, still I want to be a freaking millionaire on this world before hitting my 30s.
I am materialistic and I love money and success.
And yet, I am an "out of body" explorer on the weekends.
I will wake up at 7am. Put the binaural beats (theta waves with a headphone) in a bed alone, for 3 HARDCORE hours until 10am, until I "get out" for real.
I go SERIOUS on this. 3 hard hours until it works. That's the plan.
LETS GO EXPLORERS

That is good to hear ScientificExplorer. You are enthusiastic and looking forward practicing. I find I have to be committed the whole time otherwise it does not work. I might be enthusiastic for a while then I start to get wrestles. You are not a quitter so you have a high chance of achieving ap. Good luck. I hope it goes well.

I did not get success this saturday. I got annoyed, and quited after 40min.

Or... maybe I have to be CONSISTENT every-single-day and wake up at 7am.
Doing the Out of body at 5am with the hemy sync audios from the legend robert monroe.
I'm not getting the success and resuls I want, Is something wrong with my approach to this guys.
I will be more consistent. Period.
The hardcore weekend strategy didn't work.

At least you are changing things to increase your chances of making it work. That is what we have to do. Ap is frustrating. It is easy when it works and hard when it does not work.
Your idea sounds good being more consistent with your approach. As I am learning we cannot expect it to happen every day so do not get disappointed if it does not happen.

The secret is daily consistency, that gets better every single day!
Otherwise, this aggressive weekend strategy would have gotten results.
A - Find/Purchase audio guides to have out of body
B - Find an hour in the middle of the night that works best for you every day
C - Stick to it, no matter what. Will get easier over time

Good luck. I believe practice is the key for those who aren't natural APers. I have so many pans in the fire that while APing is neat when it happens, it's not really a priority right now. But I love reading about y'all's experiences.

Very true ScientificExplorer. I find youtube videos works just as well or better than bought CD's. I know cds are hard to get now. At night time I listen to nothing. That works best for me.
Last night I did not ap as I was hot. I turned over and went to sleep. That was a mistake. I should have taken the bedspread off. My point is there are a lot obstacles that can get in the way. We have to figure out why it is not working and change it. We can all do this.
