I recently got the original apple logo paper label PART 1 and finally part 2 of the white album on cassette!
IT IS ABSOLUTETLY INSANE!!!!!!
I would not want the 1976 capital re-issues (Or newer ones) as it probably sounds like **** (digital bin,etc)
They only wanted $1 for this!!!! -- Most tapes they charge $2 for but this one is a specialty so I told them what tape I got "A beatles tape" which I thought for sure they would want more than $2 for!!! -- They only wanted 1!
I had to go thru and find the 2nd part on ebay as the only one I could easily find was the capital issue which I didnt want!

I remember back in 2000 I bought "A Hard Day's Night" on cassette at a used music store. That music transformed my seventeen-year-old life back then! "I Should Have Known Better," "Things We Said Today," "I'll Be Back"... Good stuff. :)

Yup it sure is!!!!!!!
It sad they ruin the music as you go thru the 70s!
I had a 1975 release of Woodstock 69... SOUNDED LIKE THIN GARBAGE!! -- I finally got the original 1970 paper label release and they sound goregous!!

Right on! :)
I even actually like the "scratchy" sounds of old recordings (~pre-mid-60s). It is almost like a third dimension to that music. You have front and back, left and right; volume x panning, but the sounds of the recordings themselves are a facet of their own.
