A mountain analogy for the changes in this Era

Hello,

This is only a simplistic image to try to dress up a portrait of the changes occurring in this Era.

Since immemorial times, different cultures have drawn different paths to climb this high mountain. A few people making it all the way to the top.

Each path going up or down is made of different lineage that do not see each other or do not share between each other. As examples the Amerindian Ancestors Spirits. The saints for Christianity. The different avatar in India and other parts of the worlds. Science from the Greek Aristotle way of thinking. The Buddhas. Etc. since so long ago.

A few people on each of those specific paths where able to climb to the summit of the mountain where all is One. Yet in those, some would still say that other need a guru, or other form of master to reach them on this mountain top. Sticking to the specific path they took to go up. And if they are to come down from the top, they would take the same path they took going up to arrive to the same valley from which they started.

For more than a few, its even worse, they only take a few steps up on the mountain and from there proclaim that their path, and the valley they come from, is the only one to follow and the best in the worlds. They have been the cause of many wars and atrocities in human history.

Very, very, few that went up all the way know that they are different paths that leads to it, and different valleys or worlds from with those paths originate.

And even less have a clear view of the mountain in its totality, with all the possible infinite paths on it and all the different valleys or world at the bottom of it.

But all this is changing more and more rapidly in this Era of communication. The different paths will come to merge and the tower of Babylon, that this world still is, will toggle in a new Era where more will come to see all the mountain and its different valleys all at once.

There is not only the merging with the One on the top of the mountain, but the merging with all the different paths on the mountain leading to different valleys to make a world living in unity.

Regards

I believe that knowledge and the wider reality are infinite in all directions. I believe there is no "one", nor a mountain peak to reach.

That might be the valley though, as a thought.

Hello Inavalan,

Is this a belief for you or an actual fact?

Agree about many that get stuck on L1, arguing that this is the ultimate. Often these are the same peeps who say that no teacher is needed. Blind leading the blind.

I would argue however that those who have reached the top are the most expansive in mind, accepting and bequeathed with an out of this world wisdom in many cases, AND seeing the commonality of many genuine, spiritual paths (if practiced)

To wit:

Not Christian or Jew or
Muslim, not Hindu,
Buddhist, Sufi, or Zen.
Not any religion

or cultural system. I am
not from the east
or the west, not
out of the ocean or up

from the ground, not
natural or ethereal, not
composed of elements at all.
I do not exist,

am not an entity in this
world or the next,
did not descend from
Adam and Eve or any

origin story. My place is
the placeless, a trace
of the traceless.
Neither body or soul.

I belong to the beloved,
have seen the two
worlds as one and
that one
call to and know,

first, last, outer, inner,
only that breath breathing

In regards to the mountain......two quotes from G.K. Chesterton:

“One sees great things from the valley; only small things from the peak.”

“Art consists of limitation. The most beautiful part of every picture is the frame.”

"There is a place in meditation where you experience no self, where you become completely immersed in Oneness, but you cannot function in the world from there. You may reach this state of Oneness for a few moments and find pure bliss, but you cannot drive a car in that state or go to work to earn your living.

The process of becoming a Master is learning to be in tune with Oneness while being aware of your ego and staying in harmony with the world. This ability to be an observer of the self is essential to mastery. It is a form of “non-meditation”. Called maha ati in Sanskrit or Dzogchen in Tibetant), which is meditation in the midst of daily life."
