White Sage

Hello.

I have just brought some white sage seeds.

Was hoping someone would have some helpful tips on getting them started and growing on etc.

I live in the lower south island in New Zealand, not the warmest of climates.

Thank you in advance look forward to hearing anyones ideas.

I've grown it quite a bit in the past but it def doesn't do as well for me as garden sage. We've made some small smudges from it but we've never got it to grow very big. It's been a while since we've tried. You know what else is awesome? sweet grass (gotta buy the potted plants though)... and it spreads out very nicely. Mine died when I got horses (they loved it) but I still have some braids that I made.

I'm sorry I don't have more advice. Are you planting outdoors or in pots?

Im going to plant mine in pots of balcony..and they will be protected from the frosts..
