Body Talk?

Anyone else tried this?

At one time I was going monthly but stopped, when I started I had more vivid and meaningful dreams. I had some noticeable positive changes but after a year I felt I was "there" so stopped going. Am gonna look and see if I can find me a close practioner in my area.

Yes i have tried it

I have had two sessions and i found them very helpful

first session i let my body say what it needed
second session same as above but asked for a few things to be helped with also

i am impressed with bodytalk, just wish there was someone close by also...

I had my sessions when on holiday in Canada....i think the closest one to me is three hours away...

but i do like bodytalk
