my energy body

hi everyone. i am new to this forum.
recently i feel my energy body is vibrating stronger. Especially when i go to sleep, i feel look like my consciouness want to out of body! i feel fear when sleep in dark, i feel someone exist in my room at somewhere but i can't see...are these ascension symptoms? or i imagined?

Hello, my friend. Yes, you have spirit guides (interdimensional beings) around you, and yes, these experiences of yours are related to Ascension, though not exclusively. As your energy body vibrates stronger, yes, this is natural, for your consciousness is expanding and therefore is very excited to move beyond the physical body into other realms when you begin to rest. Also, YES, it is also your imagination at work. It is not either/or, dear friend, for it is a metaphysical fact that everything we experience in all of creation is imagination. Or, in other words, your entire human experience is literally imagined by your soul; it is a kind of movie, a dream.

Have you experienced astral projection? Sometimes people experience that even unintentionally while sleeping during the dream state. The urge to leave your body might have more to do with your spirit priming itself for that. Just a thought.
