Thanks for the link Squatchit.
It seems that, by my understanding of what I've read there, most people's experiences in "phasing" equal to about phase 2 of what that guy is saying.
That is lucid dreaming to me, absolutely NOT astral projection.
I would define astral projection where he says his phase 3 starts. Where there is a blatant objective euclidian dimension around yourself that very closely mimicks what is seen in the physical. To me, this is the astral dimension.
Just wanted to see if anyone else was on par with this? Did I understand him right?

As I see it, A.A.... only the lower astral levels mimic the physical. The higher we go vibrationally the less fixed are the forms.

I mean about "phasing?" I understand Monroe well, maybe he just simplified it but I mean the astral = a place you get to/phase into whereas the lucid dream of his "phase 2" is what I call simply dreaming/stepping into a world you made to step into.
Ah, nevermind. Lol.
