Ongoing Fragmentation (what chance do I have pt II)

Ahhhh yeah I know I know it’s supposed to be a gradual process. If meds were working and the fear stopped, I’d be healed by now, as since April have had many healing moments. However the fear occurs every day and causes more and more fragmentation making me feel worse and worse. I am f***ed.
I remembered my 2018 experience incorrectly- that it was ten months of dark and then all of a sudden light. A lot of healing actually happened in those ten months. So here I was the last few months expecting light out of nowhere but now I realize it needs to be preceded by gradual healing, which has been impossible...

And therefore all these fear samskaras are left imprinted on my psyche....making me feel heavier and heavier as the days go on...unable to heal.

Meds are a short term band aid,not a healing solution.

The meds will only do so much,usually work for a few weeks,then the fear comes back and will keep on manifesting until resolved.

Vicious circle.

Do you know or remember where the fear comes from and or first manifested?
