Christian the lion - reunion
I searched this section and was surprised not to see a post on this amazing story that shows the relationship between man and a lion....the ending to this short video is incredible!

I almost didn't watch the whole video...... it was so heart wrenching.
I watched it all and had tears in my eyes.
As I watched it, a recurring thought I have is being back in school. After school is out, my horse would show up and I would ride him bareback, back to home. But before we would start, a skunk would come and sit in front of me. You might think I was a crazy kid, but I had an affinity toward skunks. They never sprayed me.

The Story of Christian the lion is heartwarming. Christian the lion was a cub born in captivity and purchased by Australian John Rendall and Anthony "Ace" Bourke from Harrods department store in London in 1969.

That was such a beautiful touching memory, BigJohn... Thanks for sharing! Found this video years back and glad to see it posted here... Had the exact same effect on me... absolutely no words to describe the beauty of love and friendship between humans and animals...
