Was Jesus God?
Jesus was the son of God, but was he, God?
He had a soul, like us. And he suffered and died like we will one day. He resurrected on the third day, he now sits at the right hand of the Father. Some theologians call him the new Adam.
'” John 8:58 “Jesus answered them: 'I solemnly declare it: before Abraham came to be, I AM.” [This was the name God gave himself when he first communicated with Moses, Exodus 3:14 “God replied, 'I am who am. ' Then he added, 'This is what you shall tell the Israelites: I AM sent me to you. '”]
Was he saying he is God, the I AM?

God is Spirit, pure and simple. There is no ‘was’ when speaking of God. Among the ‘omnis’ when speaking of God is omnipresent. He does not need 2 legs to walk from one side of the room to the other. He is pure essence, anything else would be superfluous. |

If anyone reads what Jesus corrects in every channelling I have read from 1914 to the near present - he is still pointing
to the Father, the Father, the Father.
Clearly expressing he is a brother and serves the Father.
Do I believe his words could have been written incorrectly, certainly with a spin of their understanding
back then, yes I do.
Even a comma changes the entire verse.
In many channellings he so clearly explains ...this is what I meant...and it always makes simple sense...
more sense.
Just my input.
I don't really care what anyone believes...just be as good a person as you can be;
live by the Golden Rule, basically. :)

Actually Hebrew scholars say there is no i am that i am in the OT. I will be what i will be is the correct translating of the Hebrew statement made. That statement is only found in trinity bibles, to mislead.
Jesus only answered the pharisees question. He lived before Abraham.
