Maybe you could look for Garnet as an alternative? These also have that vibrant but somewhat different red colors but are far far cheaper. These can also be very beautiful and striking.

Or, if you want ruby energy and don't per say want the jewelry quality -which isn't necessary- get a tumble. These are affordable, I know cos I got one.
I also learnt you have to be careful with buying them of Ebay as they often also dye a stone to resemble it.
I found out with one that I already had doubts about when I put it in water. The water turned red immediately, like beetroot, haha.
I got my money back.
I've seen real ones on Ebay though, mostly from US sellers. What you should be looking for is a bit of that layered thing, like what labradorite has got. I'm not talking about the labradorite shine but that odd thing if you turn it that makes it seem like it has various layers inside. Like feldspar a bit.
And realize that rumbled ruby isn't bright red but more of a darker red, wee bit of purple and sometimes orange in it. Generally not one solid colour red.
The energies of such a tumbled stone are great!

I found this one on Aliexpress, people are complaining about the color but I don't care about that, I just want the energy. Does it look legit?

Things would be way easier if I could find a physical store here in Morocco T_T

That's Natural crystal gravel. You get 100grs for that price. So I'd say not. It's ruby coloured natural crystal gravel.

You can't go wrong with Garnet.

Garnet is very different from ruby you see. For some people garnet is too much of a good thing, can be overwhelmingly strong.
Ruby is gentler in that sense, yet very powerful in what it does.
Both do different things as well.
I wouldn't buy a crystal just because I couldn't get what I did want right away.
I personally am not a fan of AliExpress. I'd stick to a good crystal shop online, or Etsy. Much smaller chance of getting conned.

Hope you find what you want in the end!
Sometimes it takes a bit longer to find the one for you. It took me about a year to find the carnelian I was looking for. I kept seeing ones that made me feel "nope, that's not it!"
Then when on holiday in the UK, there it was in a crystal shop! I was thrilled!
It sometimes really does pay off to be patient and wait.
Regularly check shops and websites, use your intuition in this.

Yeah it's just that there are no such stores here in Morocco, so I have to buy online, not much space for intuition there :/
