Does spirituality negate all evil in the world?

We can reconcile the two by developing the capacity to consider life on Earth from both an absolute perspective and a relative perspective simultaneously.

From an absolute perspective all is One, the physical world is a temporary illusion arising from reality, everything is an expression of Perfection and there is nothing to fix.

From a relative perspective there is diversity, the physical world is real, Humanity lives in ignorance and suffering, and Humanity is steadily destroying this planet. There is plenty to fix.

Certain traditions teach that there is a hierarchy of highly-evolved Beings and Angelic kingdoms guiding the evolution of life on Earth without interfering with the free will of human beings. This is in accordance with a greater Plan, but it is a work in progress. The current problems of Humanity and this planet reflect our current level of development. In future cycles Humanity will have developed the capacity to live in harmony with itself and nature.

Define what needs "fixing" as we are all on individual paths and the World too is in that space and time.
What is good and what is bad, too many times we as the individual are pulled into the mess of how our country is governed. Too many times the "our way or the highway" is the way we rule things. How things are run at times does not seem to line up with our personal values.

Yes spiritual things like Karma might have a role but we might not see it in our lifetime or maybe understand it unfolding around us. The world is held on the planet we call Earth as that is our home, yet we might not like how it all unfolds. It is at times how it is.
