Refining the vibrations

"One must take the time each day to work on those vibrations, to purify and cleanse the vibrations, to make them more positive, so the individual can move into a more positive, higher state of consciousness.

This is all one is doing with the Dhunami teachings, refining and developing one's vibrations to lift the individual into the pure positive God worlds. The individual exists at a certain rate of vibration, on a certain spiritual plane that matches that vibration. With the spiritual exercises taught in Dhunami, along with the books and workshops, the individual gradually raises one's vibrations to move upward through the levels of heaven, and eventually reach Self and God-realization."

There are many ways to do this and many different teachings on how to do this.
Regardless, people will latch on to one particular teaching which they feel is best
for them, and then present that teaching as the best way to others. I have done
this as well, but all in all, I have found that the simplest methods are best for me.
