Coincidences?
Right now, I’m on an earnest quest to astral project. It sounds like much of the process of learning concerns breathing. My gf and I had to go to the library where she works after hours to lower the flag. When we got in we saw a book had fallen off the bookshelf. It was titled, “Breath.” Is that a coincidence?????

Welcome!!
Coincidence? Nah, your Spiritual Guide or Guardian Angel is helping you out, I suspect. That's never happened to me so blatantly. You must be in tune with your Guide(s).
Also, finding the book could also be your Guide's way of confirming to you that learning breathing techniques will, in fact, be needed for your ventures.

I love it, my angels do this all the time - they throw things at me, things land on my head, I fell into a hole when I was young and found a silver cross necklace - still have it didn't realise significance till later...
Also I like the word Synchronicity, in place of coincidence - please tell me you honoured the angels and read the book. Was it good, interestingly on my side table I have a book called Breath - I wonder if it's by the same person - let me know if you'd like and we can see if there's something I need to tell you as I'm a breathwork teacher ....  |

re Coincidences
things can just be coincidence and things might not just be coincidence.
The guidance that comes from Christian mysticism is simple and direct:
"test the spirits"
Things can just be coming from our mind. Just from our imagination. Or, they can come from the realm of the spirit.
And then, within the realm of the spirit, they can come from positive beings, like our guardian angel, or, in fact, they can come from the other side.
The test is that divine beings come with divine qualities. And while the demonic can feign divine qualities, they will always have an element of the demonic - aggression, pressure to compel, all kinds of things.
Whereas the holy beings come with peace and gentleness. And also simplicity. The human mind is complex. God is not complex. God is all about love and caring and peace.

Not just a coincidence, but a synchronicity which can be classed as a ‘meaningful coincidence.’ It is a piece of guidance from your angels that learning to breathe in such a way will help you will your astral projection.

I doubt very much if Carl Gustav Jung would agree with this statement.

No. But, I know, now, nothing is. (Had "my life flashed in front of my eyes'', 2 xs...
So, I know everything is meant to happen for a reason.
